SeaView Coverage Changes

Effective January 1, 2026, many healthcare providers in Ventura County have made adjustments to their accepted Medicare Advantage HMO plans through SeaView IPA. For many SeaView members, these changes mean their primary care provider (PCP) no longer accepts their insurance.

Key Information

• SeaView members are only eligible to change plans during the open enrollment period, between October – December each year
• You are not automatically enrolled in a new plan
• If you did not change you plan during the most recent open enrollment period, we recommend calling to verify primary and specialty care coverage
