Have you received a notice about your coverage?

Open and carefully review all mail, email, and text messages you receive about your health benefits. Some notices require you to provide information or take action by a specific deadline.

If you do not understand a notice—or are unsure what to do next—contact our Eligibility & Enrollment team. We can help explain the request and guide you through the next steps.

If you received temporary Medi-Cal through Presumptive Eligibility, you generally have 30 days to complete a full Medi-Cal application to continue your coverage. Our specialists can help you complete the application.
