Teen Self-Esteem Enhancement Program

Community Memorial recognizes that self-esteem can be an important contributor to academic success, productive behavior, and mental and physical health in children.

The Teen Self-Esteem Enhancement Program is designed to help teens examine the thoughts and feelings that either enhance or deteriorate their healthy self-esteem. Participants of the program learn effective tools and techniques for building positive feelings of self-esteem and self-worth.

The overall goal of the program is to help adolescents and teens become aware of what influences their self-esteem and identify ways to improve it.
