2025 Report to the Community

2025 was a year of progress & possibility for the Ojai Valley Hospital Foundation and Guild. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, sponsors, and community supporters, the Foundation raised $1,048,975 in support of Community Memorial Hospital – Ojai and its Continuing Care Center. Our record-breaking Endless Summer – Lakeside event raised $296,475, including more than $35,000 in contributions made on the night of the event.

In 2025, donor support helped improve comfort, mobility, and safety for patients and residents, while giving our caregivers better tools to work efficiently, stay close to those in their care, and respond more quickly to changing needs. It was also a meaningful year for emergency care in the Ojai Valley, as Community Memorial Hospital – Ojai earned Geriatric Emergency Department Accreditation, recognizing the hospital’s commitment to thoughtful, high-quality care for older adults.

As we look ahead, the Foundation is focused on updating our infrastructure to meet the demands of modern medicine through our Powering the Future initiative. This project will strengthen the infrastructure that supports care on our hospital campus — including major electrical upgrades to help bring MRI services back to the Ojai Valley, as well as expanded parking, better traffic flow, safer entry points, improved storm water management, and a campus that is easier to navigate.
