Body Composition Screening

The InBody 270 Composition Analyzer uses bio-electrical impedance technology to measure a person’s body fat, lean muscle, body water levels and basal metabolic rate. The InBody 270 is safe and non-invasive evaluation that will provide insight to how your diet, lifestyle and exercise regimen are influencing your overall body composition and health.

Your 15-minute appointment includes a detailed, full-page report, and a review of your results with a member of our Wellness team.

Functional Movement Screening

The Functional Movement Screening (FMS) is a special ranking and grading system that was developed to identify movement patterns that are considered key movements for normal function. By documenting these patterns, our experts can identify functional limitations, asymmetries, risk for injury, and performance-limiting patterns. Our specialists monitor the FMS score of clients in order to track progress and identify the exercises that will be most effective in restoring proper movement and building strength in each individual.
