Temporary Service Disruptions – Community Memorial Medical Office Building, 168 North Brent Street, Ventura

Due to a water leak affecting some areas of the Community Memorial Medical Office Building located at 168 North Brent Street, a few offices are temporarily closed for immediate repairs.

We anticipate repairs will continue through Friday, March 13. We appreciate your understanding as we work quickly to restore full operations. Maintaining a safe environment for our patients, visitors, and staff remains our top priority.

Offices & Services Impacted by Closure

Same-Day Surgery

Community Memorial Same-Day Surgery on the 3rd Floor is temporarily closed. Patients with scheduled procedures will be contacted directly by the Community Memorial surgery scheduling team with updated information regarding rescheduling or alternate arrangements.

Community Memorial Dermatology & Mohs Surgery

This location is temporarily closed. Patients will be contacted by office staff with rescheduling information.

Other Appointments & Services

Patients with appointments in affected departments will be contacted directly by their care team with updates, including alternate locations when needed.

If your appointment is with a practice not listed above, please plan to arrive as scheduled. All other offices in the building are open and operating normally.
