Introducing a New Wave in Ventura County Healthcare

Over the past few years, Community Memorial has experienced a remarkable amount of positive growth. We’ve added medical specialties, services, physicians, and clinics. We opened a new hospital building in Ventura hospital. And throughout all the changes, we continued to provide the best possible care to the communities we serve. But while we’ve been busy paying attention to our patients, we realized that having multiple names and logos all over town was confusing. Our patients and community members didn’t realize all our health centers, hospitals, and other facilities were part of the same healthcare system.

That’s why we decided to make a change and launch a new master brand that better reflects who we are. Experienced. Community minded. Caring. Patient-centric. And clinically advanced. Our goal is to provide a more unified, consistent presence across west Ventura County. Beyond reflecting the seamless, collaborative, high-quality care we provide, our new brand symbolizes our desire to keep finding new ways to exceed your expectations.

From here on, our system will be known as Community Memorial Healthcare. Over the next year, we will roll out a unified look. You’ll start seeing it in the community, in our communications, and on our campuses and signage throughout the area. Rest assured that our new name does not signify a merger or acquisition — we remain a locally owned, non-profit organization dedicated to the health of Ventura County.

Our new logo is more modern, friendly, colorful, and designed to showcase who we are and what we stand for.

New Names, Same High Standards

In addition to a look that better reflects our true colors, we’ve simplified and shortened the names of our facilities and services to reflect our identity as a unified system.

• Our healthcare system is now known as Community Memorial Healthcare.

  • Ojai Valley Community Hospital is now called Community Memorial Hospital – Ojai.

Our network of primary and specialty care clinics, formerly Centers for Family Health and Midtown Medical Group Clinics, are now all identified as Community Memorial Health Centers.

The Community Memorial Healthcare Foundation, which raises funds for equipment, technology, and services, is now the Community Memorial Foundation.

  • And our partner, Ojai Valley Community Hospital Foundation is now Ojai Valley Hospital Foundation

More Than a Brand, a Promise

Community Memorial Healthcare may have a new name and a new look, but our commitment to this community remains the same. The overarching goal as we transition to our new brand is to create a unified gateway for patients to access high-quality healthcare and to support our mission to heal, comfort, and promote health in the communities we serve.
