Due to high winds, rain, and power safety shut-offs in Ventura County, we are experiencing intermittent closures at some of our outpatient facilities. If you have an urgent need or an upcoming appointment at one of our Health Centers, please call our scheduling center at 805-948-6353 for more information.
Facility Closures
The safety and care of our patients remain our top priorities. Locations currently without power:
- Ventura: Community Memorial Health Center (Ashwood Drive)
- Ventura: Community Memorial Integrated Behavioral Health Center
- Port Hueneme: Community Memorial Health Center
If you had an appointment earlier this week that was cancelled due to a Health Center closure, please call 805-948-6353 to reschedule.
If you need immediate care at any time during a natural disaster or weather event, please visit one of our Urgent Care locations. Click here for more information.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or visit the nearest Emergency Room.
Holiday Hours
Holiday Hours Reminder: Please note our adjusted schedule for the remainder of the week for all health centers and urgent care locations :
- Today (Dec. 24) – Open until 12:30 pm
- Christmas Day (Dec. 25) – CLOSED
- Friday (Dec. 26) – Open until 12:30 pm
If you have an appointment today at an affected location, our team will contact you regarding rescheduling.
