Visitor Information

Visiting hours at our Community Memorial Continuing Care Center are 9 am – 6 pm daily, including weekends and holidays. During visiting hours, the duration of visits is up to the discretion of the resident/patient and his or her visitors. Walk-in visitation is permitted, but calling ahead to set up an appointment is appreciated and helps our team members plan appropriately.

COVID-19 testing is not typically required before visiting our facility, but antigen self-testing is usually available upon request. Testing requirements for visitation may change based on the current prevalence of COVID-19 in our area and/or public health recommendations. We ask that all visitors follow the facility guidelines in effect at the time of their visit.

Children under the age of 12 will be cleared for visitation on a case-by-case basis. Children under the age of 2 may not visit residents at this time.

Prior to visiting, all individuals must read our screening rules (posted on sign), perform hand hygiene, undergo a temperature check, and sign in at the front desk. Anyone who has experienced COVID-19 symptoms in the last two days, or has been exposed to COVID-19 or any other respiratory illness in the last ten days, will not be able to visit in-person.

If you are unable to meet our screening criteria, we invite you to call us at 805-948-2000 for assistance with remote visitation options.
