Why Ventura? The camaraderie here is unmatched. On interview day I immediately knew I’d get along with the other residents, and we have had many adventures since: paddleboarding, kayaking, visiting local breweries, beach volleyball, and being outdoors in general enjoying 365 days of sunshine.
