Kimberly A. McCowan, PhD, FNP-BC is a Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 30 years of experience in healthcare. She is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care that addresses the whole person with body and mind for emotional well-being. She has earned her PhD in Health Psychology bringing a unique perspective the integrates medical care with an understanding of behavioral and emotional factors that affect health. She believes patient education, prevention, and partnership are essential in optimal health outcomes. She is dedicated to helping patients understand their health and make informed decisions that improve quality of life. She is honored to serve the community and considers it a privilege to partner with patients on their journey toward better health.
