Noelle "Ellie" Windsor, DO, is a board-certified family medicine physician dedicated to building lasting relationships with her patients and delivering personalized, whole-person care. Drawing on the osteopathic philosophy that health is rooted in the connection of mind, body, and spirit, she partners with patients of all ages to promote wellness, prevent disease, and manage both acute and chronic health conditions. Her clinical interests include women's health, preventive medicine, chronic disease management, wound care, and end-of-life care.

After earning her medical degree from Rocky Vista University School of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Windsor completed her Family Medicine residency at Community Memorial Healthcare, where she developed a passion for caring for patients across the continuum of health. She is committed to creating an environment where patients feel heard, valued, and empowered to take an active role in their health and well-being.
