Life Before Medical School: Before entering medicine, I used to enjoy reading novels and poetry and had a strong interest in the social sciences and the arts. I was particularly drawn to understanding social taboos and conflicts, often thinking about how to better address challenges within communities. These early interests continue to influence my perspective in psychiatry today.

Why Community Memorial? Community Memorial Healthcare stood out to me for its combination of a diverse patient population within a close and supportive community. I was drawn to the warm and passionate environment, where learning feels collaborative and meaningful. In addition, Ventura offers an exceptional quality of life, with the ocean on one side and beautiful hills and trails on the other. This combination creates a setting where one can grow both professionally and personally. For me, Community Memorial Healthcare represents a place where I can learn, serve, and enjoy life in a meaningful and balanced way.

Hobbies: Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, cooking, and spending time with friends, often over long conversations and gatherings. I also love reading novels, exploring social topics through books, and listening to podcasts.
