Life Before Medical School: Before medical school, I worked as a medical scribe at an ENT clinic, a graduate assistant in a research program, and a Public Health Advisor for the CDC during the pandemic. These experiences deepened my understanding of patient care, research, and public health, reinforcing my path to medicine.

Why Community Memorial?: Community Memorial stood out to me for its location in Southern California, allowing me to be close to friends, family, and the beach once again. I was also drawn to the program’s welcoming atmosphere — both the faculty and residents genuinely care about our well-being, fostering a supportive learning environment.
