Why Community Memorial?: Growing up in Southern California, I always knew I wanted to return home and serve the communities that shaped me. During my sub-internship at Community Memorial, I experienced first-hand how well-rounded and full-spectrum the training is, while still allowing for a healthy work-life balance. Ventura reminds me so much of home and the tight-knit community makes the work here feel even more meaningful. The residents and faculty were incredibly welcoming and supportive, and from the very beginning, it just felt like home. I’m truly honored to continue growing and training as a family physician here in Ventura!
