Community Memorial Urgent Care in Oxnard offers quick, same-day care for non-life-threatening medical emergencies. Staffed with board-certified Primary Care Physicians, urgent care is a great option when you need immediate medical care and your primary care provider can't fit you in. We see patients of all ages.
In addition to being open seven days a week, our Urgent Care offers regular evening and weekend hours. While we do recommend calling for a same-day appointment so you can wait comfortably at home if needed, we do take walk-ins.
Urgent care is for illnesses and injuries that need immediate care but doesn’t warrant a trip to the Emergency Department, such as:
- Severe colds and flu
- Fever and sore throat
- Food poisoning
- Earaches
- Headaches
- Bruises, scrapes, and minor cuts and burns
- Minor allergic reactions, rashes, and skin conditions
- Sprains and minor fractures
- Urinary tract infections
This clinic also provides the following services:

You can use the portal to schedule appointments, view test results, pay your bills, and much more! In addition, you will be able to see your health information from Community Memorial Hospital in Ventura and Ojai.
Availability of patient data and health records is dependent upon provider participation in FollowMyHealth. Please contact your healthcare provider to find out if they participate in FollowMyHealth. Patients who previously used Community Link are invited to enroll in FollowMyHealth by creating a new account.
