Community Memorial Urgent Care in Santa Paula offers quick, same-day care for non-life-threatening medical emergencies. Staffed with board-certified Primary Care Physicians, urgent care is a great option when you need immediate medical care and your primary care provider can't fit you in. We see patients of all ages.
In addition to being open seven days a week, our Urgent Care offers regular evening and weekend hours. While we do recommend calling for a same-day appointment so you can wait comfortably at home if needed, we do take walk-ins.

Urgent care is for illnesses and injuries that need immediate care but doesn’t warrant a trip to the Emergency Department, such as:

- Fever and sore throat
- Food poisoning
- Earaches
- Headaches
- Bruises, scrapes, and minor cuts and burns
- Minor allergic reactions, rashes, and skin conditions
- Sprains and minor fractures
- Urinary tract infections
