Our Health Center in Port Hueneme offers Primary Care, Obstetrics & Gynecology, and Infertility. A Primary Care Physician (PCP) is the doctor in charge of your overall health. A PCP coordinates essential screenings and regular exams, helps you manage chronic conditions, and refers you to a specialist when you need one.
PCPs in this office include:
- Family Medicine doctors, who see patients of all ages
- Pediatricians, who see infants, children, and teens
- Obstetrics & Gynecology services at this location include infertility, pregnancy, and post-partum care.
Supportive Care Services
Supportive Care Services at Community Memorial Healthcare provide advice, support, and resources for patients and their caregivers. Offerings include palliative care, chronic care management, spiritual care, advance care planning, and a caregiver navigator program.
