Shahram Fatemi, MD

About

Dr. Shahram Fatemi is a board-certified family practice physician with 23 years of experience in Ventura County. He attended UCLA for undergrad with a degree in biology, and earned his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine. He then completed his Family Medicine residency at Medical College of Wisconsin where he learned the concept of medical home.

Dr. Fatemi has been in Ventura County ever since he came back to California and enjoys living here for its nature, coastal climate, and wonderful community.

Dr. Fatemi joined Community Memorial Healthcare to help patients reach their healthcare goals and share his knowledge with them so that they can make better and healthier choices.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Fatemi enjoys mountain biking, traveling, and spending time with his family. He looks forward to meeting you and assisting you on your health journey.
