Dr. Phillip Nguyen is born and raised out of New Orleans, Louisiana. He went to LSU for his undergraduate degree, and stayed with LSU throughout his Medical School, Residency, and Fellowship. He is double board certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine. He has been in practice in the Ventura/Oxnard area since 2021 where he offers comprehensive pain management treatments for chronic pain including spine and joint injections, nerve blocks, spinal cord stimulators, and medication management.
