Olivia Granger, PA-C

  • Health Center Clinician

About

Olivia Granger completed her physician assistant graduate training at Duke University, where she developed a strong foundation in evidence-based medicine and patient-centered care. She began her clinical career in family medicine, which allowed her to care for patients across the lifespan and shaped her approach to thoughtful, patient-centered care.

Throughout her training and early practice, Olivia's passion for women’s health continued to grow. She ultimately chose to specialize in gynecologic oncology, because it allows her to care for women during some of the most vulnerable and life-altering moments they may face. She finds deep purpose in supporting patients through complex medical decisions, providing clear education, and helping them feel informed, heard, and empowered throughout their care.

At the core Olivia's practice is a commitment to building strong patient-provider relationships rooted in trust, respect, and compassion. She believes patient autonomy is essential, and strives to ensure that every patient feels supported in making decisions that align with her values, goals, and lived experience. Olivia's approach emphasizes collaboration, transparency, and advocacy, with the goal of delivering high-quality, thoughtful care while honoring each patient’s individual journey.
