Marie Nelsen is Gerontological Nurse Practitioner for Community Memorial Health Centers. She completed a Bachelor’s degree in nursing from San Jose State University and a Master’s Degree from University of Los Angeles California.
She currently serves as a Dementia Care Specialist (DCS) for the Community Memorial Dementia Care Management Program & GUIDE Model Programs. She also sees patients for annual wellness visits, lab results review, medication refills, and routine t visits. Geriatrics is her passion! She takes great pride in helping our aging population.
She loves anything close to the ocean, including walking her dog, Ginger.
