Mani Nezhad, MD

About

Mani Nezhad, MD, is a board-certified adult and vascular neurologist at Link Neuroscience Institute in Oxnard, California. He is passionate about delivering state-of-the-art care to his patients, with special expertise in stroke as well as dementia care including anti-amyloid medication management.

A native of the San Fernando Valley, Dr. Nezhad completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Southern California (USC) before earning his master’s degree and medical degree at Georgetown University. He then returned to Southern California to complete his neurology residency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where he served as chief resident. Dr. Nezhad continued at Cedars-Sinai for fellowship training in vascular neurology under the mentorship of Dr. Patrick Lyden.

Recognizing the need for specialized neurology and stroke care in Ventura County, Dr. Nezhad established his practice locally in 2016. He currently serves as Stroke Medical Director at both Community Memorial Hospital and St. Johns Regional Medical Center, a DNV certified Comprehensive Stroke Center. In addition, he is the Neuroscience Medical Director at St. Johns, where he works to bring academic-level neuroscience care to the community.

Dr. Nezhad is on staff and available for inpatient consultations at Community Memorial Hospital - Ventura, St. John’s Regional Medical Center, and St. John’s Hospital - Camarillo. He also sees patients at Link Neuroscience Institute. His team offers advanced diagnostic services, including EMG, NCV, TCD, EEG, BAEP, and VEP studies.
