Chastity Burchuk, NP,CNM,DNP

Dr. Chastity Burchuk is a board-certified nurse midwife and women’s health nurse practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for women and families across the lifespan. Originally from Hawaii, she brings warmth, empathy, and a holistic approach to every patient encounter.

Dr. Burchuk earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Georgetown University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from California State University, Northridge. Her doctoral research, published in 2025, focused on improving maternal and neonatal outcomes through the implementation of an obstetric emergency response system.

With more than 15 years of experience in labor and delivery, high-risk antepartum, postpartum, and obstetric triage care at a local regional hospital in Los Angeles, she has extensive expertise in supporting physiologic birth and managing complex perinatal conditions. She has led quality improvement initiatives, mentored nursing staff, and developed protocols to enhance patient safety and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Her clinical interests include prenatal and postpartum care, contraception, newborn care, and patient education. Dr. Burchuk is passionate about creating a supportive, empowering environment where individuals feel informed, respected, and actively involved in their care.

Outside of her professional work, she remains committed to community service and advancing equitable, family-centered women’s health care.
