| Amir Arfaei, MD, is a physician specializing in pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine, with a special interest in treating patients with obstructive sleep apnea. Dr. Arfaei earned his medical degree from Tehran University of Medical Sciences in Iran in 1994. He completed his internal medicine residency at St. Luke's–Roosevelt Hospital Center in New York, followed by a fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine at the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn in 2004. He joined Ventura Pulmonary and Critical Care Medical Group in 2008. Outside of medicine, Dr. Arfaei enjoys playing tennis, hiking, and skiing. |
