The Community Memorial Healthcare Serious About Skin Symposium (SASSY) is a skin, wound, and ostomy education and training event for nurses and other medical professionals in Ventura County. The symposium is designed to provide an in-depth review of evidence-based practices in subjects such as pressure ulcer prevention, ostomy maintenance, wound care, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
The event is open to Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), nursing students, and other medical professionals. Participants are eligible for eight (8.0) CEU credit hours.
