As mothers, we are entering a new chapter of life. Our HypnoMothering class supports you in making this transition more gentle and joyful. As this is a self-care opportunity for new mothers, partners and infants do not attend.
Cost is $50 per person.
This class is two consecutive Wednesdays, from 10:00 am - 11:30 am.
