Chair Yoga is a gentle practice of modified yoga poses that can be done while seated in a chair. These modifications make yoga accessible to people who have various physical limitations, or those who find other types of yoga classes too challenging. Chair yoga can also be great for beginners or anyone who wants to focus on gentle practice. For Community Memorial Wellness & Fitness Center members only.
