UpToDate Anywhere gives clinicians access to evidence-based clinical content from off-site and provides medical staff with a Community Memorial email remote access from any computer or mobile device with an internet connection.
Sign into your Uptodate for the first time while on a CMH computer inside EPIC LIVE.
Once you are logged into EPIC, go to the top row and click the "UpToDate" button.
When you get a MICROSOFT Sign in window popping up, type in your long ext.providence.org email and password.
It will create your profile automatically, and you will see your name at the top right.
Download the UptoDate mobile app, which can be found at: UpToDate Mobile Clinical Decision Support App.
Once you download the mobile app, you can only sign-in by clicking the “Microsoft Signin” button.
Your Providence long email & password will be what you use in the Update mobile app.
Refreshing Your UpToDate Account: Your account is active only for 90 days. You must sign into UpToDate while on-site using the Community Memorial Network or VPN once within those 90 days to keep the account active. (Each time you log in while on the Community Memorial Network, it extends the date by 90 days, so if you work off-site most of the time it is good practice to sign into UpToDate whenever you make it on-site.) If you forget to refresh your account within the 90 days, you will need to re-register and start over.
