Hi! I’m Dr. Nicole Abell DO, FACOOG. I am a board certified OBGYN and a founding physician of Main Street Obstetrics and Gynecology. I completed medical school at Nova Southeastern University after earning a Masters in Biology at Purdue University. I did my residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at Midwestern University in Chicago, IL.

I have always been drawn to helping people and have taken a special interest in the dynamic field of obstetrics and gynecology. I enjoy the rewards of forming lifelong relationships with patients and taking care of them throughout the different stages of life. I also love the precision and skill that is required for surgical procedures and enjoy the continued learning involved in this ever-changing field.

My philosophy of care is to take a holistic approach to the health of women and to not only take into account the physical health but also the mental health and wellbeing of all of my patients. My goal is to inform and educate patients so that they can be fully involved in their own health management and treatment. I am so excited to be able to offer the women and families of Ventura County evidence based care in the company of other compassionate, dedicated and knowledgeable women.
