Dr. Heidi Henson earned her undergraduate degree at University of Arizona, majoring in Physiology and minoring in Chemistry, Psychology, and Religious Studies. She then went on to earn her medical degree at West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine. She traded the snow for the sunshine, and trained at Community Memorial Hospital System for her Internal Medicine Residency. She is a member of the American College of Physicians, American College of Osteopathic Internists, Society of Hospital Medicine, Gold Humanism Honors Society and the Endocrine Society. She has a passion for diet and lifestyle optimization, as well as creating a long-lasting relationship with her patients as she guides them towards a healthier and happier life.
